On this beautiful sunny morning in Long Beach, NY, the LBNY Arts Council installed “Lady Liberty,” a fantastic driftwood sculpture by Long Beach native Mitch VanDoff, in front of City Hall. It is the first piece of public art on the municipal site in Long Beach, and a proud accomplishment for the Arts Council.
